Nutritional therapy promotes health and wellbeing through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.


This package includes a full coaching plan in the diet of your choice (Plant Base, Alkaline Diet, Loss Weight Programme, Raw Food Diet or Holistic Nutrition Plan)

 

Includes:

 

•    Initial 90 minute consultation to go through your current nutrition, food preferences, medical history, allergies, lifestyle and your goals 
•    Meal Plan Programme (including vitamins)
•    Follow-up 90 minute consultation

 2 Monitoring meetings (30 minutes each)

Service Description:

This package includes the full monthly coaching service with the diet programme of your choice,  described in the Nutritional Package, plus :​
