CONSULTATION OUTLINE 2 Consultation sessions, General Health Blood Test, Personalised Plan 60 Minute 1st Consultation (preferably in person) During the first detailed one-to-one session we will carry out a full health, nutrition and lifestyle audit, which includes a General Health Blood test . We will go through your medical history, allergies, and likes & dislikes. We will also discuss and agree your health and eating goals, considering your dietary preferences, and review your current nutrition and lifestyle. 60 minute 2nd Consultation (can be carried our in-person or online) During the second consultation, we will go through your blood tests results and I will provide you with a customised detox plan based on these results and the full audit carried out at the first consultation. My detoxification program may involve a single process or a variety of approaches to give your digestive system a break and allow it to heal and better absorb nutrients in the future. My recommendations are based on a full lifestyle audit, general health blood test and GP report. There are many different detox approaches available, depending of your goal, but usually these benefits can always be achieved: • Break daily addictive habits • Give the digestive system a rest • Relieve the body/mind complex from the usual daily stresses • Allow the body to begin the release of its internal toxic congestion • Enable the body to catch up on rest • Improve sleeping patterns If the body is placed on a cleansing detox without the right preparation, then when these toxins are released out of the cells and into the bloodstream, the liver (the body's main filter organ) becomes overwhelmed. This gives rise to possible uncomfortable symptoms, which may include headaches, excess anger, itchy skin, breakouts, or nausea. Not only does this signal that the body is struggling to release toxins, but it can also mean that it's not possible to completely remove them from the system. Hence expert advice and support during the process is very important.
