· Meditation - “connecting with your rainbow" · Grateful List (each participant) · Healing self-messages (each participant) · Learning the basics of colours – journey with colour: link to food, nature, clothes etc (interactive) · Find your partner's season (get into pairs – interactive) · Start the painting - choose your personal colours, your healing phrases = connecting with your rainbow Note: Mar the art teacher will join too. We will bring the canvas and paints

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
